Product Description
This 4-pin power splitter connector cable is designed to distribute one power supply output to two devices. The assembly uses high-conductivity copper wires and robust crimped terminals to provide stable power transmission with low electrical resistance. Nylon housings with polarizing keys and locking ramps ensure secure mating and prevent accidental disconnection during vibration or movement.
The Y-type wire harness helps optimize cable management inside computer cases, servers, and control cabinets. Color-coded leads simplify installation and troubleshooting, while the compact connector design saves space around the PCB and PSU output area. Custom versions can be produced to match specific PCB layouts, terminal types, and current requirements.

Applications
Extending one PSU peripheral power output to two devices such as HDDs, optical drives, fans, or SATA adapters.
Internal power wiring for desktop PCs, gaming systems, workstations, and server racks.
Power distribution harnesses for industrial controllers, mining rigs, storage arrays, and embedded electronics.
Customized power cable assemblies for automotive electronics, LED lighting bars, and DC distribution boxes.
Precautions
Confirm the total current of both loads does not exceed the rated current of the connector, wire gauge, or PSU rail.
Check the mating orientation and pin assignment before powering on; reverse connection may cause device or PSU damage.
Avoid sharp bends, pulling, or twisting near the connector ends to maintain long-term reliability.
Ensure all terminals are fully seated and housings are locked during installation; periodically inspect for discoloration or deformation caused by overheating.
For high-temperature or high-vibration environments, consult for upgraded materials or additional fixation methods such as cable ties or clips.
