Product Description
This cable assembly integrates SATA data and power connections into a single, tidy harness. The drive end features a compact 7+15-pin SATA connector, while the host side uses a right-angle 7-pin SATA plug for data and a 4-pin power connector that mates to a PSU or small PCB header.
The shielded SATA ribbon ensures stable high-speed data transmission, and the separate power leads provide reliable 5 V and 12 V supply to the hard drive or SSD. The right-angle plug reduces strain on the drive port and is ideal for shallow chassis or tight rackmount systems. Custom configurations can be produced to match different layouts, controller boards, and power headers.

Applications
Internal cabling for servers, NAS systems, RAID arrays and DVR/NVR recorders using SATA HDDs or SSDs.
Desktop or industrial PCs where the motherboard or power board provides a 4-pin header rather than a full SATA power cable.
OEM storage modules, backplanes and embedded systems requiring pre-terminated SATA harnesses for quick assembly.
Upgrades or repairs where a combined SATA data-power lead simplifies internal wiring and airflow management.
Precautions
Confirm the pinout of the 4-pin connector and the PCB/PSU header before installation to avoid reverse polarity or miswiring.
Ensure the total current drawn by the drive does not exceed the cable and connector ratings or the PSU rail capability.
Avoid sharp bends, crushing or excessive twisting of the red SATA ribbon, especially close to the overmolded connectors.
Keep SATA data lines away from high-noise cables such as motor leads or high-current power harnesses to maintain signal integrity.
Check that all connectors are fully inserted and latched; periodically inspect for damaged insulation or discolored contacts in high-temperature or high-vibration environments.
