1. Disassembly of cold media filters

1. Remove the cold filter # 081 and remove the suction side blind flange # 084.

Use tool: 19MM wrench

Note:

If there is no special abnormality, the solenoid valve # 073 oil absorbent # 050 does not need to be removed. If there is any need for replacement, please apply on the 66 surface.

2. Oil discharge (oil filter, plug and end cover removal)

Please remove the silt (pt1/4) # 055 and oil filter # 060 and oil filter # 060 on the lower part of the compressor housing and drain the oil from the compressor. The total amount of oil discharged from the compressor is measured and recorded at this time. When the new oil is assembled and sealed, it is necessary to seal in the same amount of oil.

1. Oil filter # 060. The disassembly of plug # 055.

A. When removing the covering parts, make marks with the oil pen so that the upper and lower sides are judged when reassembled.

B. There will be oil flowing out of the removal of oil filter cap # 062, so please prepare for the oil receiver. As shown in the photograph, place an iron groove to the container, and the oil can flow smoothly into the container. Please remove the cover slowly according to the oil flow and remove the oil oil filter by hand. The O ring # 061 on the side of the filter also needs to be removed.

2. Remove the pt1/4 wire plug # 055 on the left side of the oil filter cap # 062 and remove the oil from the suction side completely.Use tool: 17MM sleeve wrench iron pipe

Please remove the end cap # 057 from the side. The oil in the compressor is almost completely discharged.

Use tool: 14MM hexagonal wrench. Iron pipe. Or torque wrench.

The shell has a magnet # 077 (5 sets of 1 set). Please remove it and return it to the shell.

Remove all bolts # 053 and washer # 054
