This fully automatic bread roll machine offers production capacities ranging from approximately 2,000 to 12,000 products per hour, with complete customization according to customer specifications and available floor space.
The system begins with silo systems and mixing equipment, followed by dough makeup using either traditional divider and rounder machines or sheeting lines. After depositing dough pieces into straps, they proceed through the Multi-Step final proofer before baking in thermal oil, gas, or electric ovens.
