1. Description
ZOS380-2 bread production line consists of bread forming machine feeding machine and encrusting machine , the forming machine is used to three time pressing the dough band and forming the bread , then cut into piece .
This line is mainly for pastry product manufacturing.
1) The table width is 380mm and working width is 370mm .
2) The dough roller is available when need
3) Different ingredients are available for filled product .
4) Touch screen pannel controlled
5) The encrusting machin cut the rolled dough into pieces and the stamp into flat shape .
6) The panning machine is available when need
7 ) Each part can be combined freely for other products
