IE2 Motor Description
IE2 MS series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are widely used energy-saving motors. The MS series (IP55) high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor supplied by our company is a low-pressure, fully sealed, self-ventilated mouse cage motor with ultra-high efficiency.
Its energy efficiency meets Level3 requirement in GB18613-2012 and is consistent with IE2 in the international standard IEC60034-30.
This series of motors has advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, high efficiency, energy-saving, good performance, low vibration, low noise, long working life, high reliability, ample starting torque, and easy maintenance. As a result, it is widely used in general mechanical equipment without special requirements, such as agricultural machinery, food machinery, fans, pumps, machine tools, blenders, and air compressors.
The installation size and powder grade meet the IEC international standard. The casing protection grade is IP55; the cooling mode is IC411.F grade insulation but B grade for whole series temperature rise.
The rated voltage is 380V, can also be customized like 415v,460v,640v, etc. The rated frequency is 50HZ, which can also be customized too. The power range is 0.75-375KW, and the connection method is Y type for those under 3kw while using a connection method for other power. The altitude is usually 1000m; the highest temperature cant is higher than 40 ℃; The lowest environment temperature is usually -15 ℃.

Application
The product is suitable for economic lake farms, such as machine tools, pumps, fans, compressors, etc. It can also be used in cutting machines, rice machinery, food, and other types without flammable, explosive, corrosive gases.

Altitude: Altitude should be higher than 1000 meters above sea level.
Rated voltage: 380V,400V,415V,440V. Rated frequency: 50Hz,60Hz.
Connection: Y Star-connection for 3kw or less whereas and delta-connection.
Duty/Rating: Continuous (S1)
Insulation class: F, the temperature rise of the stator winding is examined at 80K
(by resistance method).
Protection class: IP55.
Cooling method: IC411.
