IE2 Motor Description
When you purchase an asynchronous motor, it depends on the operating conditions of the equipment.
The three-phase asynchronous motor is an industrial electric machine. Its power ranges from several watts to tens of thousands of kilowatts and has a wide range of applications.
Single-phase asynchronous motors are mainly used in applications with small loads.
IE2 asynchronous motor is divided into aluminum shell material and iron shell material. The advantage of the aluminum case material is that the motor is light in weight and not easy to corrode and rust, but the price is higher than the iron case. Iron-shelled motors are relatively heavy. They are corroded and rusted by water capacity, but they have good stability and low price during use.
There are five installation methods for aluminum shell three-phase asynchronous motors, such as B3 horizontal foot installation, B5 vertical large flange installation, B14 vertical small flange installation, B35 horizontal foot installation with large flange, and B34 horizontal bottom installation. Foot with small flange mounting.
Application
The product is suitable for economic lake farms, such as machine tools, pumps, fans, compressors, etc. It can also be used in cutting machines, rice machinery, food, and other types without flammable, explosive, corrosive gases.

Ambient temperature: -15°C~40°C
Altitude: Altitude should be higher than 1000 meters above sea level.
Rated voltage: 380V,400V,415V,440V. Rated frequency: 50Hz,60Hz.
Connection: Y Star-connection for 3kw or less whereas and delta-connection.
Duty/Rating: Continuous (S1)
Insulation class: F, the temperature rise of the stator winding is examined at 80K
(by resistance method).
Protection class: IP55.
Cooling method: IC411.
