The setting of the motor's disconnecting rotating speed (namely, the set of RECS series electronic centrifugal switch):
Please ensure that the electronic centrifugal switch is connected correctly, the details of which are shown in the above corresponding wiring diagram of an electronic centrifugal switch;
Please make sure that the motor is provided with the rated voltage and rated frequency, which shall conform to the chosen voltage range of the electronic centrifugal switch;
Please make sure that the pressure drop when the motor starts is not over 5% (it is better to use a high-power variable-frequency power source);
Please make sure that the motor has no load;
Power the motor on to run it for 5 seconds to complete the setting (which means the electronic centrifugal switch can automatically read the electrical parameters of the motor, set the motor's disconnecting rotating speed as about 75%, and save it permanently). During the setting process, it is expected that the motor vibrates obviously. Please do not power it off;
After the above setting process is finished, the motor can usually be used.
