Electronic Centrifugal Switch Application Guide

The setting of motor disconnection speed point
1. Only need to connect the wire to work, no need to read any parameters of the motor;
2. Please make sure that the circuit connection of the electronic centrifugal switch is correct before the first power-on, please refer to the wiring diagram of the corresponding electronic centrifugal switch above for details;
3. Make sure that the motor is rated voltage and rated frequency, and meets the voltage range of the selected electronic centrifugal switch;
4. Make sure that the load of the motor is no-load, and make sure that the voltage drop when the motor starts does not exceed 5% (preferably a high-power variable frequency power supply);
5. Turn on the power and let the motor run for 5 seconds to complete the installation (that is, the electronic centrifugal switch will automatically read the electrical parameters of the motor and set the motor's disconnection speed point to about 75%,
And keep it for a long time), it is normal for the phenomenon of large motor vibration during installation, please do not power off;
6. After completing the above setting process, power off the motor, then the motor can be used normally and a performance test can be done
