QUESTT Robot200J micro spot welding machine is a special type laser soldering machine for jewellery.
There is no special block needed during the processing. The pieces to be processed can be hold by hand, and to be welded under the microscope conveniently.
The observing system is equipped with special-purpose microscope observing system with cross, so yo can see very clearly the welding points and laser beam from the microscope.
It has high speed electron flitting device to protect the operator's eyes from being hurt.
It is more reliable, more durable, more convenient and effective. Besides, laser spot welding can be used to group weld tiny components, for example, weld motor electrode and optical components in greenhouse or special condition.
