QUESTT QA-W200A5 is a 5 axis auto laser welding sysetm through the fiber optic cable transmission. After the fiber optical transmission, the laser beam quality will be much better and suitable for precise laser welding.
This laser welding machine system is full automation, after make out a program, it will weld different angle with different shape products automaticly.
When laser radiation heats the surface of work-piece, the surface heat diffuses to the interior through thermal conduction and melts the work piece by controlling the width, energy, peak power and repeating frequency of laser pulse to form specific molten pool. Because of this unique feature, it is widely used in processing of precision parts.
