Super heaters are the one of the most important boiler sapre parts that improves the thermal efficiency. High temperature steam boiler radiant super heater is usually applied in high pressure power plant boiler.
In the boiler, the role of super heater is to heat the saturated steam to a certain temperature of superheated steam to increase power plant efficiency. Repeater essentially further improves the thermal power plant cycle efficiency.
Steam Super heater Coils: Super heater coils are used in a boiler to generate saturated steam. The super heater coils are specially used in Boilers of Power plant. Chinese GB and ASME material comparision:
In a boiler that made as per China GB standards, the materials are normally named as per their chemical element composition. This is always make engineers outside China confused. The way of naming is controlled by national standard “GB/T 221-2008 Notations for designations of iron and steel”.

Materials listed in the sheet are equivalent or same on Chemical Composition and Physical performance.
The only difference is sizing. Sizing of materials in GB are using ISO unit, which is millimeter (mm), in ASME is Inch.
