Manufacture: Tubes are manufactured by seamless process and both hot finished and cold finished are applicable.
Heat treatment:
Hot finished tubes need not be heat treated.
After the final cold drawing, the cold finishing tube should be subcritically annealed, fully annealed or normalized.
