Application:

QVC-5 Environment-friendly Pneumatic Vacuum Conveyer is used in feeding material for tablet press machine, packing machine, pulverizing machine, screen machine and mixing machine. It does not need any mechanical vacuum pump, so it is simple structure, small volume, without repairing, no noise and easy being controlled. It was designed according to international standard. It is easy to clean. It is up to GMP requirement.

Working:

The feeding machine will be started automatically to load materials again, when the time is up or the material level sensor sends out signals. At the same time the chamber door opens automatically and materials fall into the hopper of equipment. Meanwhile, compressed air cleans the filter automatically throught the pulse back-flushing valve.
