QVC-4 Stainless-steel Pneumatic Vacuum Conveyer
Application
QVC-4 Stainless-steel Pneumatic Vacuum Conveyer is used in automatic feeding material for t capsule filling machine, packing machine, pulverizing machine and mixing machine. It does not need any mechanical vacuum pump, so it is of simple structure, no noise and easy being controlled. It can be stopped separating layer for the feeding material because the machine has high vacuum. It was designed according to international standard. It is up to GMP requirement.
Working
The filter separates materials from air completely. When the chamber is full of materials, the controller will automatically cut off the gas source and vacuum generators stop working. Meanwhile, compressed air cleans the filter automatically throught the pulse back-flushing valve.
