Description of the vertical batch mixer

TVM-U series vertical batch mixers are the latest design of mixers, to allow even mixing of materials. A blending screw and designed vertical chamber are mounted in the center of the mixer and conveys material from bottom to top. This process mixes material evenly in a shortest time and save energy. The blending chamber is made of stainless steel to ensure no material contamination This product now has 4 models, such as80U,160U, 300U and 750U.

The vertical batch mixer has following features,

All parts in contact with material are made of stainless steel to minimize material contamination.

Vertically mounted blending screw and cylinder ensure even mixing of materials.

Removable top assembly (lid, motor, and control box)for easy cleaning.

0~300hours auto-stop function.

Equipped with main power switch and safety interlock protective device to ensure operator's safety and no damage to the machine.

TVM-80U-300U has height adjustable stand and castors with brake are standard accessories for easy transportation.

Pneumatic slide gate is an optional accessory for mounting at TVM-80U- 300U discharge outlet.

Optional suction pipes are available for mounting at the two sides of TVM -80U-300U to help material conveying.

Safety regulations to the European circuit type, the model after filling "CE”.

Max. mixing capacity is tested based on continuous processing material of 0.65 in density and 2-3mm in size.
