Description of the plastic granulator,

tg-26/36 series is suitable for granulating a variety of plastic materials, including waste materials of injection molding, blowing molding and extrusion molding. This series is compacted in structure, easily operating, conveniently re-blending and powerful granulating ability. Gradual cutting integrated design ensures better cutting efficiency and low level noise.

The Soundproof Centralized Granulator has the following features,

Roasting blade adopts the latest 'v' cutting technology. Plastic materials will be conveyed to the center of roasting cutter, ensuring no materials pasting up on the side wall and prolong its life.

Cutter is made of imported high quality material, with high hardness, long life and wear-resisting ability. It is grinding and reusable.

Cutter base is optional. Simple and convenient blade installation technology ensures roasting blade and fixed blade adjustable in the clamp.

Granulating chamber of high hardness, processed by numerical control machine, has the following features: big thickness, high strength, wear-resisting ability, no contamination, long life and easy maintenance.

Precise design, totally enclosed sound-proofing box with low level noise.

Totally sound-proof charging box enables the granulator running with low level noise. With the material fender, plastic materials will not splash out when granulating. Balanced running, precise corporation, convenient access and easy maintenance. Charging box is uncovered by electric putter, with self-locking function, easy operation. Dust separator is for option. Height of floor stand is adjustable in a range.

Cooling water clip is helpful to efficiently reduce granulate chamber’s temperature.

Additional fixed blades could be used to enhance its granulating ability against massiveness materials.

Against the material with fiber, granulating chamber and other related parts shall be surface hardening treated.

Upon request, it can be built to comply with worldwide electrical safety standard( for example :CE).

Note:

1)   “ √” denotes standard, “ O ” denotes optional;

2)      ”H”   denotes increase motor power;

3)      The   material of storage box is replaced by stainless steel, marked with “R”;

4)      SKD11       is material code number of Japanese JIS standard;

5)      plastic       materials with kinds of fiber (e.g. CPVC) shall be granulated by related granulator, marked with “F” behind;

6)      Max  throughput capacity depends on diameter of screen hole and materials;

7)      Noise         level depends on plastic materials and motor configuration ;

8)      Noise         level test standards m around, 1,6m upward;

9)      To     avoid pasting up on blade, all plastic materials shall be granulated at normal temperature.
