Description of the flat cutter granulators

TG series of granulators include claw cutter series, flat cutter series and blade cutter series. They are applicable to a wide range, can meet a wide variety of requirements, able to granulate & recycle all kinds of plastics material of different texture and shapes.

FLAT CUTTER SERIES:

 Suitable for recycle of plastic casing, thin tube plastics, sprues from injection & molding sector, bottle plastics and shell plastics.

TG series are easy to operate and simple to replace cutters. Spacious flat blade is suitable to granule bulky & thin plastics, increases efficiency; installed with electrical safety devices; double wall hopper with soundproof material. Motor is equipped with overload protector, and power pro­tection devices. Safety and environment concern, low electricity consumption and durable. Stainless steel hopper for all model is available.
