Description of the central hopper receivers

The central hopper receivers are necessary equipments for material loading system. There are 2 types of hopper, vacuum hopper and photo-sensor hopper. The vacuum hopper can be mounted directly on the dryer and controlled by magnetic switch to load materials; the photo-sensor hopper can be installed on molding machine and controlled by interactive photo-sensor to load materials. Both of them adopt CE standard plug and comply with Euro safety standard, A diaphragm valve is equipped inside, which can work with central vacuum generator and central control station to perform system feeding and conveying work.

The Central Hopper Receiver has the following features,

Vacuum hoppers adopt sensitive reed switch to guarantee materials supply on time without any interruption.

Photo-sensor hopper adopts interactive photo-sensor switch to accurately control loading process.

A vacuum diaphragm valve is equipped inside.

Continuous material loading ensures no material shortage.

Complete structure, light weighted and easy installation.

All hoppers can be auto-controlled by central controller.

Stainless steel hopper ensures no material contamination.

Inside equipped with a stainless steel mesh filter to prevent materials being vacuumed into vacuum line.

All the hoppers have the design of open hopper lid with hinges, except for  THR-48U/96U-S.

Euro-style design offers classy looking and easy maintenance.

Euro-style plug to ensure safety and reliable operation.

Upon request, it can be built to comply with worldwide electrical safety standards (For example, CE).
