Description of the Metal detecting separators

Metal detecting separators are highly sensitive and accurate in detecting and separating metal grains, such as steel, iron, copper, aluminum, lead, tin and so on. Its principle is when metal impurities pass through it, electrical detector can send a signal to control board to start valve to discharging. System takes little space and ensure good performance. It can be installed directly on injectors or (extruders)hoppers to protect the screw of machine from the damage caused by hard metals. These are four models of the series:TMS-30~150,processing capacity can reach up to 25000L/hr to meet any specific requirements.

Working principle of the metal detecting separators,

The blanking tube is set with a circular metal sensors. When the raw material goes through feed tube, if the metal sensor did not sense a metal, the sensor will not give out a signal, and the dividing plate is on the left in the working position.

the raw material goes out from the feeding tube and dividing plate as Shown in Figure 1.

When the metal-containing material goes through the feeding tube , the metal sensor is sensitive to metal by output a signal to the sub-feeder, the dividing plate moves to the right position.
