Description of the Metal detecting separators

 
Metal detecting separators are highly sensitive and accurate in detecting and separating metal grains, such as steel, iron, copper, aluminum, lead, tin and so on. Its principle is when metal impurities pass through it, electrical detector can send a signal to control board to start valve to discharging. System takes little space and ensure good performance. It can be installed directly on injectors or (extruders)hoppers to protect the screw of machine from the damage caused by hard metals. These are four models of the series:TMS-30~150,processing capacity can reach up to 25000L/hr to meet any specific requirements.

Fast separating all the metals from the material.
The minimum detectable diameter of the metals can be as small as 0.4mm.The accuracy is adjustable according to the actual needs.
Compact design, easy to install and simple to operate.
Mount directly on injector or extruder hoppers to protect facilities from the damage caused by hard metals.
Standard equipped with a 12 liters hopper and horse.
The specific size of hoppers and stands can be customer made to meet any requirements.
 
Working principle of the metal detecting separators,
 
 ①     the hopper, ② detection coil, ③ removed under slider, ④ qualified hopper feeding tube, ⑤ metal, ⑥ separate nozzle, ⑦ scrap exports(scrap material outlet)
 
the raw materials go through under the way of falling body to the detector ②, if the metal is detected, it will start the slider ③ and the removing nozzle ⑥ immediately, and the containing metal particles ⑦ will be pushed onto the scrap materials mouth ⑦, and the separation nozzle ⑥ quickly sucked it out.
