1K Plastic Primer(PP)

Characteristic: Air dry, colorless Primer, providing good adhesive force between paint film and plastic substrate.

Substrates:

PP, PA, PVC Plastic Substrates

Pretreatment:

1. Sand substrate with P600 sand paper.

2. Remove oil stain or wax with degreaser.

Mixing Ratio:

No need to mix, direct use.

Pot Life:

At once

Spray Viscosity:

16-18 Seconds at 20℃

No. of Coatings:

2 coatings

Flash-off Time:

3-5 minutes

Film Thickness:

10 Microns

Spray Pressure:

Gravity Feed: 1.3-1.5/3-4.5kg ;  Siphon Feed: 1 5/3.5-5kg

Remarks:

Primer or paint should be sprayed at once after 5-10 minutes of Q-289 application

Sanding Tools:

No need for sanding

Shelf Life:

2 years in original seal.
