Deodorant Masterbatch For Removing Smell in Recycle HDPE LLDPE PP PA

As known to all that plastic products are widely used nowadays. They can be toys, plates, food packages, stationery, pipes, chairs, and so on. Most of the products are not made with single raw material but with adding some additive or recycled material. However with some plastic additive or recycled material, plastic products often contains smell, for example, Ethylene, Sulfuretted Hydrogen, SO2, NH, etc. Some of the smell is released after the products are stored for certain time of period, while some is concealed inside of the products.

To remove the noxious gas, peculiar smell or odor in the products, the Deodorant Masterbatch was developed.

Recommend 1-4%, and adjustable according to material.

Function

1). To Absorb CO, SO, NOX, NH, pesticide residue and moisture, etc

2). To react with alkaline off-flavor substance (eg. NH) or acidic off-flavor substances(eg. Hydrogen sulfide) to produce plastics of deodorizing function

3). To maintain the physical performance and mechanical strength of rubbers and plastics.
