Production Process Display
 
Strictly speaking, real manufacturing process of aluminum discs begins from annealed aluminum coils. The coils are first fed into a flattening machine. After being annealed, the coils do not crack or deform in the flattening process. Then they go through a leveler which guarantees their complete flatness. Flattened sheets are sent for cutting. Cutting machines of high precision can put raw materials into full use, leaving as little waste as possible. The distance among circle modules can be set extremely small. Finished aluminum discs of given size are eventually delivered to automatic packing machine.
