For thin work piece processing, it is not easy to be fixed by clamps and screws. Usually workers press the work piece when the cnc router is working. It is very dangerous. Also the gas or the dust of the workpiece are very harmful to the workers' health, some will cause cancer. Spindle Pressure Foot Applications:
Fix the cnc pressure foot on the spindle, adjust the height, then fixed the holding screw tightly is ok. How to adjust the height? Working on panals which is within 3mm, just need keep the bottom of the auto pressure foot and the cutter bit nose at the same level. If panel is 4mm-6mm, make the bottom of the bottom of the cnc automatic pressure foot 2-3mm over the cutter bit end. The rest can be done in the same manner.
Some time for the big panel, we have to use some double faced adhesive tape or instant adhesive to help fix on some key point areas.
