This industrial CNC Polycrystaline Diamond (PCD) router bits is the top of the range PCD tool for CNC nesting. With 3+3 shear cut design feature, this durable cutter ensures a clean finish on both top and bottom surfaces of your work piece. Designed to perform at highest feed rates. Plunge cut facility also.  

These PCD tools are great for cnc routers to cut fibreglass sandwich panels. PCD performs exceptionally well in CNC woodworking machines even in plastic cutting and non-ferrous metals. For sizing nesting and dividing cuts on CNC routers.

And The router bits are specially designed for industrial CNC applications in a variety of tough, abrasive materials such as particleboard, MDF, veneer, hardwood, plywood and melamine. The bits are ideal for cutting, jointing and rabbeting in these materials.
Our 3-flute diamond bit features a solid carbide tool body and a short upcut and like our 2 flutes it’s suitable for nesting cuts. The cutting edges shear toward the center of the material in an up/down angle, to provide a very clean cut on laminated materials. This bit can be sharpened 6-8 times when used under normal wear conditions.
