Maintenance Procedures
- Clean all abrasive pieces with water after each grinding session or when stopping for extended periods

- Perform ultrasonic cleaning of the grinding disc at least once daily
- Regularly check and lubricate transmission parts with Mobil NLGIZ grade grease
- Monitor cooling fan operation and clean any fouling promptly
- Regularly inspect and replace grinding grease under the chassis

- Reinstall turntable
- Biannual pressure spring replacement:

- Remove pressure spring with hexagonal plate hand
- Install new spring
