The SCA Green SOC Hot Melt Splice On Connector is a fusion-based fiber optic fast connector designed for FTTH applications. This innovative connector integrates the welding point within the connector body, eliminating the need for additional protection equipment like splice trays or terminal boxes.
Featuring a factory pre-polished ferrule, this connector requires no field polishing, adhesives, or crimping, minimizing operator errors and reducing connector scrap. Compared to mechanical fast connectors, it offers improved lifespan and reduced maintenance costs.
