The Fiber Optic Connector Ferrule 3D Interference Testing Device is a high-performance, low-cost, auto-focus, non-contact fiber end-face interferometer. This advanced equipment accurately measures radius of curvature (ROC), apex offset, fiber height, grinding angle, and keying error of APC fiber connectors while displaying three-dimensional surface conditions in color images.
The system comprises two main components: an interferometer and specialized measurement software. It provides comprehensive guidance for polishing methodology optimization, including parameters for polishing pressure, time, speed, grain size, and pad hardness.
Computer integration supports data collection, printing, and network transmission capabilities. The device is compatible with various connector types: 2.5mm universal for FC/PC, SC/PC, ST/PC, E2000/PC, DIN, FC/APC, SC/APC connectors, and 1.25mm universal for LC/PC, MU/PC, LC/APC connectors.
