The fiber optic polishign jig is is one of the indispensable accessories for the production line of fiber optic patch cords.
Fiber optic polishing jig use to fix the fiber optic ferrule or fiber optic connector during polishing process.
This jig is special designed for LC connector, use to fix the LC fiber optic connector when polishing.
It if fit with KCO-PM3600 and KCO-PM6800 corner pressure polishing machine.
It is available for PC and APC polishing type, come with 48 positions of connector (less or more position can be made according to customer request)
High efficiency, polishing 48 tconnectors in one cycle. The first pass yield for end face quality reach 98%～100%
