Structure principle

1.The principle : two upper straight roller press two side of flange plate, one bottom roller support the center of flange , through the pushing of oil cylinder then up-press to the center of flange that reach to staightening the deformation of flange plate.

The machine is composed of machine machine, roller conveyor and electrical control system. The machine is composed of base, upper frame, upper straightening roller mechanism, web plate guiding device, upper frame moving device and main transmission mechanism.

The base and the upper machine frame are welded by plate and section steel, and then do the process of stress relief.

Upper straightening roller is the main part for doing straightening work, it is composed of upper press roller, straightening shaft, shaft box, down press screw-bar, bevel gear and motor speed reducer. The material of upper roller is 35CrMo, the wear risistance has been improved after the process of heat treatment and grinding. The contact part, where the bottom of the screw-bar and the shaft box, is sphere structure. It can aviod the influence of shaft box to the screw-bar.

Web plate guiding device is used to positioning of H-beam, making sure the H-beam is at the center position of the main transmission roller. It is composed of guding wheel, expansion shaft, bolted flange and screw-bar.

Upper frame moving device is a manual screw-bar mechanism. It can adjust the distance of the two parts according to the H-beam size.

The main transmission part is drived by a motor with speed reducer and the main transmission roller. The transmission roller transports the work-piece to the straightening machine. The material of upper roller is 40Cr, the wear risistance has been improved after the process of heat treatment and grinding.

The eletric control system is composed of controll box and operation box, and the control box is installated on the upper frame. The eletrical control system controls the forward/reverse turning of the main transmission motor and the straingtening motor.
