3-axes linear guideway series VMC650H/VMC850H/VMC1060H
Introduction
These series machines are high speed vertical machining centers designed and manufactured using leading technologies. With high grade A-shaped column and high-speed directly-connected short nose spindle. Linear roller ways and silence lead screws from famous makers are used for X, Y and Z axes. So the machine is of high rigidity, low noise and good dynamic accuracy. It is widely used in 3C parts, hardware, car fittings, die/mold and instrument industries for speedy milling and drilling case-type, valve-type and disk-type workpieces, especially suitable for high-speed and ultra-polished machining of small and medium-sized die/molds.
Using these machines can save manufacturing equipment, shorten production cycle, guarantee machining accuracy and increase productivity.
