TC series machine is a full function CNC lathe with high rigidity, high accuracy, durable precision, high efficiency, friendly operation, nice appearance and good leakage prevention. It is controlled by FANUC-0i TD with two controllable axes. Operations of ID/OD turning, taper turning, arc surface turning and metric/inch threading can be performed. Suitable for manufacturing, electronics, automotive, motorcycle, die/mold industries to cut small-size workpieces. It has integrated horizontal bed, slant carriage and rigid spindle. Be capable of heavy cut (roughing) and precision finishing. The servo spindle rotates at high speed with low noise without vibration. With imported lead screws, linear guideways, bearings and high rapid traverse speed, the feeding system responses quickly and guarantees lasting precision. TC20 is equipped with Italy BF 12-station enlarged turret and disk; TC16 is equipped with Taiwan LIO SHING 8-station servo turret; that meets the needs of different clients and eliminates tooling interference. Full enclosed guard ensures clean and healthy condition.

Introduction
CK7660LC is a full function CNC lathe designed for automotive and motorcycle industries. Its integrated slant bed is made of high grade cast iron. The lathe is equipped with turcite sliding ways, high precision cartridge type spindle, hydraulic 12-station turret, high-class NC controller & servo main motor, full enclosed guard and large flow chip flushing system. It features high rigidity, good dynamic & static stability, high reliability, short auxiliary time, tight guarding and fluent chip removal.
It is a fourth generation of CNC wheel lathe. Suitable for automotive and motorcycle industries to cut internal/external revolving contours of aluminum alloy wheels of 12”~22” at high speed and with high precision.
