Features

■ Integral welded steel structure for bed, column, table, cross and vertical saddles.

■ Adopts Rexroth Star of Germany high precision linear guideways

■ Central control lubrication system with auto alarm function

■ Pre-fasten linear guideways for Y-axis and Z axis.

■ Low friction to realize min. feed rate and high table movement speed, small thermal deformation ensures the accuracy.

■ Adopts unique spindle structure of aba z&b GMBH. Wheelhead spindle motor adopts 11kw and Germany Kessler brand.

■ SIEMENS 802D AC servo CNC system

■ Reverse backlash, thread pitch error, USB interface, electronic handwheel, hardware are all equipped. DNC function is provided. The spindle drive and feed drive adopt SIEMENS 611D mechanism. CNC system axis is supplied with encoders.

■ Mechanical drive mode: Servo motor + ball leadscrews.
