■Suspending type leadscrew ensures accuracy of the vertical feed

■Top-mounted diamond roller dresser, vertical movement is realized through the precision ball leadscrew driven by AC servo motor

■Variable frequency motor driven for spindle to ensure the best constant speed

■ NC indexing mechanism placed on the table for automatic indexing and precision positioning during the multi-slot grinding of the corrugated roller parts.

■ Coordinated control of X and Y axes to realize the high precision convex grinding

■ Coordinated control of X, Y and V axes to carry out the continuous dressing of diamond roller to the grinding wheel.
