The FZAP is an on-line tension sensor developed for continuous monitoring of running line forces in automated production environments, delivering precise performance as a yarn tension sensor and wire tension transducer across a wide range of flexible materials. It is widely used for copper and aluminum conductors, polyester and nylon fibers, optical fiber cables, fishing lines, elastic filaments, and various textile yarns, making it suitable for both textile processing and wire handling systems. With its robust design, it ensures consistent signal stability even under fluctuating operating conditions, supporting accurate process feedback in real time.
As an advanced solution for wire tension measurement, the FZAP adopts a single-roller sensing architecture that guides moving materials smoothly while maintaining highly repeatable output signals. Its measurement principle relies on a precision bearing system that converts radial force variations and wrap-angle changes into proportional electrical outputs, forming a reliable online tension transducer for industrial integration. A ceramic-coated guide wheel minimizes wear and extends service life, while the compact structure allows installation in space-constrained equipment.
