Shaft to Shaft Contactless Dynamic Torquemeter FYTE offers a contactless transmission for bridge supply voltage and measurement transmission which enables continuous operation with low wear out.Non contact rotary torque transducer FYTE offers 1 NM / 2NM / 3 NM / 5 NM / 10 NM / 20 NM / 30NM / 50NM / 100 NM / 200NM / 300NM / 500 NM 12 measuring ranges with maximum 8000RPM to choose from, ±5V /±10V / 4-20mA direct output from the transducer thanks to its built-in amplifier circuit for easy data processing. Shaft to shaft configuration, can be easily installed through couplings, the housing remains still while the shaft rotates during measurement, it is also applicable for torsion measurement with low rotating speed. A torque sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque.Non-contact rotary torquemeter FYTE utilizes built-in circuit board to convert the mV singal into -5-5V 0-5V 0-10V 4-20mA output proportiaonal to the applied torque, an in-house calibration certificate will be provided for each transducer in which clients will get the relationship of torque and analog signal.Taking 500Nm Rotary Torquemeter with 0-5V output for example: When the torque meter outputs 2V, it means the current load is 200 Nm, when you get 1V output, it means the applied torque is 100 Nm, and so on.
