Miniature Flange Load Cell FCFK offers 0-1kg / 0-2kg / 0-5kg / 0-10kg / 0-20kg five measuring ranges to choose from, flange to flange mounting,compact design, you may find micro force transducer FCFK applicable for compression force measurement applications where mounting space is limited, such as mold clamping force measurement, assembly force monitoring, force distribution test,etc..Model FCFK can be modified or customized as per client's request.

A Force Sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical load into mV signal proportional to the applied force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: Micro Force Sensor FCFK-100N with 2.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is 0...+6.6mV.
Example two: Miniature Load Cell FCFK-50N with 2.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0...+10mV.
A signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: FCFK-200N working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V, the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-200N compression force VS 0-10V output, 1V voltage corresponds to 20N load, 2V voltage corresponds to 40N force,and so on.
