Small load sensor FMZU offers 5kg / 10kg / 15kg / 20kg / 30kg five rated capacities to choose from,high accuracy with maximum 0.05% non-linearity of the full capacity.The 1000 ohms resistance strain gauges used are more energy-efficient compared to common 350 ohms gauges.The compact size and aluminum construction makes FMZU weighs only about 12 grams which makes it suitable for portable weighing devices.Small size weight sensor FMZU offers a perfect mixture of small size,high accuracy and low cost,which makes inexpensive loadcell FMZU suitable for weight monitoring in consumer electronics.You may find Miniature Load Sensor FMZU applicable for home appliances, force simulators, process control, robotics, automotive and so on. Small size load cell sensor FMZK is a transducer that converts mechanical force into electrical signal proportional to the applied force or weight.The measured load or force causes deformation of the measuring element(elastic body),the bonded strain gauge deforms accordingly which will cause the impedance variation of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal changes proportionally, thus the weight or force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output micro load cell FMZU is around 1mV/V.
Power supply of miniature weight sensor FMZU is normally within 3-10V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of weight transducer FMZU is normally within 0-10mV.
Example one: Micro Load Sensor FMZU-20kg with 1.0mV/V powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is 0~3.3mV.
Example two: Miniature Weight Sensor FMZU-30kg with 1.0mV/V powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0~5mV.
