Small size weight sensor FMHD offers 10oz / 1lb / 1.5 lbf / 2lb four rated capacities to choose from,high accuracy with maximum 0.05% non-linearity of the full capacity. The 1000 ohms resistance strain gauges used are more energy-efficient compared to commonly used 350 ohms gauges. The compact size and aluminum material makes FMHD weighs only about 7 grams which makes it suitable for weight measuring applications where total mass and mounting space matters. Definition of rated output: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Loadcell output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of micro single point load cell FMHD is normally within 1mV/V.
Power supply of miniature beam type load sensor FMHD is normally within 3-10V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of light weight sensor FMHD is normally within -10mV...+10mV.
