Miniature Pull Load Cell FLN is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology with mV/V output, Threaded Inline Load Cell FLN offers 0-5kg / 0-10kg / 0-20kg / 0-50kg / 0-100kg / 0-200kg / 0-300kg / 0-500kg eight rated measuring ranges to choose from. M8/M4 threaded rods located on both end can be used to install attachments,such as eye bolt, bolt adapter,etc., to fit requirement of different applications.In-line force sensor FLN can be used for both push and pull force measurement,compact size makes it applicable for force measurement applications where mounting space is limited. Miniature Push And Pull Load Cell FLN can also be modified or customized as per request of our clients.

Instruction of output signal of load cells:
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Miniature Pull Load Cell FLN is around 1.0mV/V.
Power supply of Miniature Pull Force Sensor FLN is normally within 3-12V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Miniature Inline Load Cell FLN is normally within -12mV...+12mV for push/pull force measurement.
Example one:Miniature Push Pull Force Transducer FLN-10kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is -10mV...+10mV.
Example two: Micro Pull Push Load Cell FLN-5kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is -5mV...+5mV.
A signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: Miniature Cylindrical Load Cell FLN-20kg working with -10-10V amplifier,the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-20kg compression load VS 0-10V output,0-20kg tension load VS 0-(-10V) output,when you get 5V output,it means the current load is 10kg compression force,when you get -1V output,it means the current load is 2kg tension force,and so on.
