Torich is a manufacture of T9, T11, T12, T21, T22, T91 stainless grades in TP304 or TP316 tubes for over 20 years,
T91 alloy pipe belongs to the seamless steel pipe of ferritic and Austrian alloy steel for boilers, superheating and heat exchangers (ASTM A213 /A213M-07a)
Use: It is used for heating surface pipes of low and medium pressure boilers (the working pressure is generally not greater than 5.88MPa, and the working temperature is below 450℃); it is used for heating surface pipes of high-pressure boilers (the working pressure is generally above 9.8MPa, and the working temperature is between 450℃ and 650℃), economizers, superheaters, reheaters, pipes for the petrochemical industry, etc.
T91 alloy tube heat treatment: The final heat treatment of T91 is normalizing + high temperature tempering, the normalizing temperature is 1040℃, the heat preservation time is not less than 10 min, the tempering temperature is 730~780℃, and the heat preservation time is not less than 1h. The tissue after the final heat treatment is tempered martensitic.
