How do we replace the cab air spring on a VOL-VO truck?

• Tilt the hood forward and use the jack to lift the rear of the cab. Use wooden blocks to support the rear of the cab.
• Completely expel air from the air system
• Remove the air line and fittings from the bottom of the air spring
• Remove the retaining clip from the air spring bottom stud.
• Unscrew the air spring from the bottom of the cab and remove it.

NOTE: Before replacing the cab air spring on the vehicle, set the parking brake, put the transmission in neutral and block the wheels. Because it may cause the vehicle to move and cause injury. Doing so will avoid accidents.
