(1) Embed the girdle

Assembling and Disassembling the Girdle
Press the air spring inward by hand, and fit the rings into the air spring one by one. After the waist ring is installed at the specified position, the compressed air spring is pulled out to restore it to its original shape. There are 4 or more curved sacs, and the waist rings can be installed from both sides according to the above method. When disassembling, also follow the above method, first press down the air spring, and then take out the waist ring.
Installation of Upper and Lower Covers
Gently insert the upper and lower cover plates into the air spring, and gradually fill in compressed gas after height restriction to increase the internal pressure, and the upper and lower cover plates can automatically tighten the air spring to achieve sufficient airtightness. If the internal pressure is increased when the height is limited, the upper and lower covers will fall out. Therefore, the upper and lower cover plates must be placed on a device with considerable strength that can limit the height to increase the internal pressure. If there are foreign objects, rust or oil stains at the connection between the air spring and the upper and lower cover plates, we need to remove the foreign objects before installing. When it is necessary to disassemble the upper and lower cover plates, insert the crowbar with an oblate front end into the connection between the air spring and the upper and lower cover plates, and pry it hard to untie it.
