How to Install Truck Cab Air Spring Shock Absorbers

• First, make sure you have the correct replacement parts for your vehicle. This can include the air spring, shock absorber, mounting brackets, and any other necessary hardware.
• Park the truck on a flat and level surface, engage the parking brake, and turn off the engine. Remove any objects or cargo from the cab to access the mounting bolts.
• Locate the existing shock absorber and air spring assembly. Remove any bolts or hardware that hold it in place, taking care not to damage any nearby components.
• Install the new mounting bracket for the air spring and shock absorber assembly . Use the hardware provided with the replacement parts, and tighten the bolts to the manufacturer's specifications.
• Carefully position the new air spring and shock absorber assembly into place and secure it using the provided hardware . Tighten all bolts to the manufacturer's specifications.
• Test the new air spring and shock absorber assembly by carefully bouncing the cab up and down . Make sure it is installed securely and is functioning properly.
• If the installation is successful, replace any objects or cargo that were removed from the cab and test drive the truck.
