Product Details
Truck suspension air springs are a type of suspension system that uses rubber bags that are filled with air to support a vehicle's weight and absorb shocks and vibration from the road. They are commonly used on trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles to provide a smoother and more comfortable ride while also improving handling and stability. Air springs can also be adjusted to change the height and stiffness of the suspension, making them a versatile and flexible solution for a wide range of vehicle applications.

Installing Rolling Lobe Air Spring with Top Plate
- Fit the top crimping plate of theair spring to the chassis / frame of the vehicle. Press the bottom bead into an oval shape and push the bottom clamping plate through.
- Align the bottom clamping plate and the piston to coincide with the hole pattern of the axles and stick the bottom clamping plate in the piston holes.
- Screw the bottom clamping plate tightly onto the piston (if necessary secure the air spring with another person’s help to prevent it from twisting, or tighten prior to final mounting).
- Mount the piston on the vehicle axle, inflate the air spring and lower vehicle. The rolling lobe air spring is now fitted and will automatically roll onto the piston.
