Convoluted Rubber Air Spring

The end structure of Convoluted rubber air spring can be divided into three categories according to the connection method:
1. Fixed flange connection type. The edge dimensions at both ends of the air spring are equal to or slightly smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the bellows. Drill several holes and use flange rings and end plates to fasten the connection;
2. In the loop-type flange connection type, the edge dimensions of both ends of the air spring are much smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the bellows. There is no need to drill holes, and a special flange ring and an ordinary end plate are used to fasten the connection;
3. Self-sealing type, no flange connection is required, the end plate is pressed in, and compressed air is filled to seal it automatically.

The flange sealing forms of the rubber air spring end and the connecting plate include five structural forms: LHF type, JBF type, GF type, HF type, and ZF type.
