The Structure of The Air Spring
- Is a rubber component, which is formed by vulcanization of a cord layer, an inner and outer rubber layer or a steel wire ring to form a flexible body, and realizes an elastic function by filling the compressibility of air. Commonly known as air springs, rubber airbags, airbags, etc.
- Assembled by the rubber air spring, the base, the base (piston), the overall shape of the mat assembled into a sealed cavity.
- According to the shape is divided into three categories of capsules, film and sleeves. The sealing structure consists of four types: pressure self-forming, flange clamping, hoop sealing and mixing.
- The load of the air spring shock absorber is mainly carried by the cord, the curtain layer is mainly composed of 2 layers, and the special requirements of the product are composed of 4 layers of cord. The inner glue mainly serves as a sealing function, and in addition to the sealing effect of the outer rubber, it also plays a protective role.
