Product Introduction
This is a Goodyear bellows-style air spring, designed with one, two, or three convolutions in the flexible member. The 2B12-346 double-convoluted air spring is commonly used in truck and trailer lift axles as an air ride suspension spring. Beyond vehicle applications, it also serves as an actuator or insulator in various industrial and commercial settings. Goodyear double-convoluted air springs are available in crimped designs and sleeve-style bellows. While both types share similar features and functionality, sleeve-style bellows stand out for their durability, as their end retainers are permanently secured by crimping the flexible member between the retainers and external crimp rings.
