Product Introduction
An air spring, also known as an airbag, air cylinder, or airbag cylinder, is a sealed container filled with compressed air, utilizing the gas's compressibility to provide elasticity. It typically features a double-convoluted design, comprising a rubber airbag reinforced with cords and compressed air inside. The inner layer is made from airtight rubber, while the outer layer is crafted from oil-resistant rubber. A steel waist ring located between the joints prevents radial expansion and avoids friction between them. Besides double-convoluted air springs, there are also single, triple, and quadruple-convoluted designs, with more convolutions offering greater elasticity.
